Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect and try on your item as soon as you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with tags, labels and the security tag attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase or an order number. We might ask you to provide photographs prior to return.

Items sent back to us without authorisation will not be accepted.

All returns are made at the customer's expense. We do not offer a free returns service.

We recommend using an insured carrier. Please ensure that you purchase sufficient shipping insurance to cover the cost of the item. We are not liable or responsible for any lost returns.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please clearly state the nature of the issue. We might ask you to provide photographs prior to return.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Please bear in mind that you are making a purchase from our Outlet store and some items may having loose or missing beads - this is reflected in the purchase price.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange service for any products. If you require a replacement item, please make a separate purchase after receiving your refund.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, labels, the security tag still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Refunds will be rejected for any items that show obvious signs of wear, are stained (including deodorant or false tan marks), have been washed, altered or are missing labels, tags or the security tag.

All postage costs are not refundable.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@oshgoshgowns.co.uk.
